The 2.0 Toronto Summit Concert has been touted as the Ted Talks of Group Fitness. Through a balanced 3-hour 'variety show' of movement disciplines, participants leave with a body/mind/spirit sweat, and a community worth belonging.
The 2.0 Masterclass
The 2.0 Masterclasses are workshops that enable members to interact intimately with other community members. Through a 2-hour signature 'work-out' then 'work-in' format, participants leave with more IQ & EQ.
