The 2.0 Toronto Summit ConCERT
- THE TED TALKS OF GROUP FITNESS -
Led by a team of fitness and wellness leaders, we create experiences that educate and unify the Toronto fitness community.
Each Summit is guided by a theme, from Overcoming Adversity in 2015, to Journeying to Authenticity in 2016, to Appreciation as a Skill in 2017. Leaders and attendees are given an opportunity to delve deeper into the emotional aspects of fitness and wellness. Leading up to the Summit, participants are asked to think about the event theme as it relates to their life and goals, and event leaders will weave the theme into their contribution.
On event day, participants will flow through a curated multi-disciplinary session, with each educator leading a workout (movement-based) and a short work-in (emotional intelligence) segment. Before and following the session, participants are encouraged to network and visit sponsors who will provide food, beverages, and unique experiences for attendees throughout the Summit.
